Engineering and Planning
- Our engineering team can handle all aspects with your project including design, hydraulic calculations to maximize working pressure, plan submittals with 99% first shot approvals.
- We are knowledgeable of all the requirements for design, plan submittal, & approval.
- Design, engineering, & plan submittal of a fire sprinkler system will require a week from the time we receive a filled our Engineering Information Sheet and the latest approved Architectural backgrounds.
- Authority Having Jurisdiction plan check approval time varies from Over-The-Counter plans checks to submittals that averages 2 weeks depending on jurisdictions. Please feel free to check with our engineering department for exact plan check times.
Installation
- All of field installers are specifically trained & certified in residential installations. We provide yearly renewal training of the certifications for our installers.
- Depending on complicity of the home structure our installers typically finish a rough inspection ready home in a full working day
- We provide protective caps for our installed fire sprinklers to prevent incidental drywall damage, paint overspray, etc., after our rough installation and prior to final installation.
- Our Foreman will schedule the system Rough & Final inspections to meet your deadline requirements
- Upon completion of the final inspection, we provide your superintendent with the system operating, panel silencing, & placing system on test instructions.
